Membership FAQ

No, and that is the point. It is a direct agreement between you and this practice. There is no third party deciding what you are allowed to have, which is why there are no maximums, deductibles or waiting periods.
The membership plan is designed for patients without coverage and cannot be combined with a dental insurance plan. If you have insurance, we will simply file your claim as normal.
The discount applies to all other treatment but does not cover it outright — fillings, crowns, implants, orthodontics and cosmetic work are all charged at the reduced member rate. Cosmetic whitening trays are discounted at 20%.
Tell us. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans are refunded pro rata for any unused preventive visits.
Each person needs their own plan, but every additional household member gets 10% off their membership fee.
